Love her or hate her, Olivia Palermo knows how to put together some cute ensembles. I saved these photos from RDuJour last September in my style files and it’s finally warm enough to pull them out again. How fun are her metallic oxfords and sailor stripes? Traditional with a twist!
We just ordered this plaid cotton tie for John to wear on our big day (hopefully with this dashing suit…). The colors are straight from our wedding palette—what luck! Even better, it’s handmade in New York City where we fell in love! He’s going to look so handsome!!!
Have a lovely Friday night everyone! I’ll be updating throughout the weekend…. xo
This fantastic engagement photo session shot by Kate Murphy has been a huge inspiration for our upcoming shoot to take place in California. The groom, Chris, looks alarmingly like my own handsome fiance John and they dress alike too! I also adore the bride’s attire — the pairing of her bright mustard coat with the polka dot dress is absolute perfection. The pictures’ editorial edge is just what we’re going for. Such a modern classic!
P.S. Click the images to zoom — one of the handy new bells and whistles on my site!
Can somebody please explain how I missed this Miss Dior Cherie commercial shot by Sofia Coppola? I drooled over the print ads months ago, but today was the very first time I saw the actual footage. Makes me want to run out and by the perfume and that, my darling readers, is what I call successful advertising! Do you love?
How darling are these journals by Pretty Chic in San Francisco? Perfect for keeping in your purse to jot down cute baby names, right? Or to do lists or cute boys’ phone numbers… You know, the usual…
