This whimsical engagement session published by Once Wed left me weak in the knees. The soon-to-be-bride is a trained dancer and the pictures shot by 26 Merton Road have such beautiful movement. I am now on the hunt for a fantastic polka dot dress and canary yellow shoes!

ballerinas make standing on your toes and the hard work look graceful and inspiring. i wish i could at least walk with half the grace as a ballerina!
This is incredibly cute! What an adorable couple!
Lovely Lovely Lovely! (I’ve been on the prowl for a polka dot dress myself and now I’m gonna have to kick the hunt into hyper drive.)

Ooh, LOVE! The third photo is my favorite of the bunch. What a cute couple, and that dress is positively swoon-worthy.
Lovely. I will have to incorporate my dance moves into my own photos one day.
With all of these wonderful wedding blogs I want to do my wedding all over again.
I wonder if Jon will okay a vow renewal for our 5 yr anniversary! Imagine the fun of that!
How pretty! I love that cute outfit she choose — a dancer always needs to wear a skirt that spins like that. At least, I would if I were a dancer.
Ah, so lovely! Ballerinas are the best models. :)
That little grey polka dot is such a winner! What sweet photos!
Did you do an engagement shoot? (Did I somehow miss it?) These are darling! They really weren’t done, and not nearly as adorable back in the Dark Ages when we got engaged.
Stephanie — We’re actually doing one the week before the wedding! I’ll keep you posted : )
weak in the knees is right! Love this!
