August 11, 2010One of my girlfriends just emailed me a link to this trailer for The Romantics starring Katie Holmes. The cast is fantastic and having just gone through the wedding whirlwind myself I think it will give me a good chuckle : ) Will you be seeing it?

So, I’m not in love with Katie Holmes, but after watching this trailer and seeing the rest of the cast, I’m totally going to see this movie when it comes out. I think there might be some serious goodness going on there.

Brandi — Glad you like it! I used to love Katie in Dawson’s Creek (I know, I’m a total dork…), but am worried for her in recent years. This seems like the old Joey character which makes me happy.

I liked her as Joey too! She was so adorable! I want to see the movie – it looks good for date night with the hubs.

I just watched the French film Pièce montée on a recent flight and it was all about a wedding and the comedy & drama that surrounds that very special day! The whole movie takes place in one day, family secrets unfold, quarrels ensue, new relationships develop…and if you’re a fan of Clémence Poésy, she plays the lead as the blushing level headed bride. Suffice to say, I’ll be waiting for this one to come out too!
