This photo of Nigella Lawson in her private library in London made me deep green with envy. I have my dear friend Jenna to thank for sending it my way. Can you even imagine owning that many beautiful books? I’ve already saved the image in my “dream home” file. Someday ladies, someday!

Every time I come across a photo of late American socialite Babe Paley I am struck by her loveliness. Dressed up or down she was always the epitome of elegance and sophistication. It would seem everything she wore was tailored and edited to perfection. Women like Babe give me something to aspire towards when it comes to my mess of a wardrobe and for that I am thankful. Do you relate?

Moving on to more weather appropriate talk, this darling girl is my style inspiration for the winter season. I just booked a ticket to New York in December and am convinced the trip requires the perfect camel coat. Let the hunt begin!

This morning I’m loving the fresh color palette of this eco-friendly bedroom designed by Little Rock’s Tobi Fairley. I especially adore the Rubie Green print used on the curtains, sofa and bed pillows. Who said being green isn’t chic?

I spotted these photographs in a slideshow on the Coach site and just had to share them with you! How cute are their new plaid bowed flats and how lovely are these images? I want the series of photos framed on my wall…and the flats on my feet!
