Meet Wallace Armour!
January 24, 2011I have a busy night ahead, but I couldn’t go on any longer without sharing our good news—we adopted another pug just last night! Alfred now has a big brother named Wallace. He is three years old and has the most charming, wrinkly old-man face. We love him to pieces and he is ridiculously sweet and well-behaved. He can even sit, shake and lay (we’re hoping he can teach Alfred…)! Anyway, above are some polaroids Mr. Armour snapped today of our babies (and my Sperry’s). Welcome Wallace to the Armour family : )
P.S. We adopted him through PROS, if you live in the San Francisco bay area you should check them out! Wallace was going to be put down at a pound and PROS rescued him on Christmas Eve. He was with a wonderful foster family until we brought him home last night. Such a happy ending! Thank you, PROS!

I’ve never met a pug I didn’t like, and these guys make a handsome duo! You are one lucky gal Mrs. Armour!

I’ve got to say my expectations were set high, and you EXCEEDED them by far! Matchbook is well-written and also carried a wide range of articles. I think my favorite piece was on Whitney Pozgay, who was truly inspiring, but also relatable. The spreads-especially the editors’ wish lists-were a dream to look at, too. Thanks for putting together such an engaging read. I’ll look forward to the next!

OOPS. My above comment was meant for the “Matchbook Premiere” article. I guess I need another cup of coffee!

Wonderful! I adopted an older dog too. It’s a double blessing– you’ve saved a life and they come to you trained!

As a PROS alumni, thank you for giving Wallace a home. And welcome to the “I have my own family now” club, Wallace.
