Eat a macaron for me!

I’m 26 today. It’s pouring rain outside so I’ve lit a candle, made a hot pot of coffee, and turned on some Sinatra (it reminds me of my Grandpa Buddy dancing around the kitchen preparing dinner, “I’ve got the world on a string sitting on a rainbow…”). Anyway, whether it’s raining or shining in your corner of the world, I hope you have a lovely day. Have a sweet for me!

    A belated happy birthday ! the macarons look gorgeous. For some reason here in Australia even well known chefs persist in calling them macaroons! that’s my gripe for today
