Jane and I recently had portraits taken by our lovely friend Rima Campbell in Central Park and these outtakes made me smile. It was so windy on Fifth Avenue I feared we might blow away… In other news, our future apartment (we found a place, phew!) is on the Upper East Side so I’ll be living a short walk from this beautiful spot very soon. Off to finish packing!
P.S. Any audio book recommendations for our cross-country adventure? We’re driving with the pugs and I’m quite excited to see Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, Iowa… ;)

I’m sorry for the lack of posts lately! I’m in NY apartment hunting and it’s been exhausting to say the least. It’s also been 90+ degrees (thank god for cotton tanks and pencil skirts). Did I mention I buzzed one side of my pixie last week? My older brother was so proud (“you look so punk rock” – hah!). Will report back when I have good apartment news. Fingers crossed!

While in New York next week I’m hoping to check out the Yayoi Kusama exhibit at the Whitney. Known as the “Princess of the Polka Dots,” the Japanese avant-garde painter/poet/sculptor/designer recently collaborated with Louis Vuitton. The retrospective began at the Tate Modern in London and I’m so pleased it’s crossed the pond. Have you seen it? …curious to hear your thoughts!
