I’m a CM Culture Club Ambassador!

I realized this morning as I was drooling over Club Monaco’s awesome new Culture Club blog that I never told you guys—I’m one of their ambassadors!  I’m obsessed with their clothes so as you can imagine it’s a tremendous honor.  Basically I’ve been taking photos of things that inspire me (sneak peeks of my apartment and antique shops and such on my little island in the San Francisco bay) and they’ll be sharing them alongside the inspirations of some of my other favorite bloggers (such as Habitually Chic and Unabashedly Prep).  Keep your eyes peeled!

P.S. Did you know they’re selling select items of Club Monaco’s collection on ShopBop now?  I’m seriously stocking up for my Matchbook Magazine trip to New York in December!  One has to look their very best when meeting their design idols…ahhhhhhh!

Sally Draper Grows Up

These high fashion images of ten-year old Kiernan Shipka (best known as Sally Draper of Mad Men) in Interview Magazine absolutely blew me away.  Talk about a glamorous version of dress-up!  If you’ve never seen an interview with the young actress you must watch this—she’s impressively articulate for her age.

Daily Girl Crush

Love, love, love her hair and polka dots.  Snapped by the talented Hanneli.

J’adore Kayce Hughes

Taking on sponsors this month has been such a rewarding process simply because I wholeheartedly adore their products.  Such is the case with the darling designs of Kayce Hughes.  The moment I laid eyes on her smart, girlish clothes I was sold—hook, line and sinker.  Above are a few of my very favorites — can’t you picture yourself sporting that ruffled gingham top over the holidays?  I can!  Furthermore, Kayce is sweet as pie and has the cutest team working with her.  I look forward to supporting businesses like hers this holiday season — businesses I believe in.

P.S. If you or someone you know has little ones be sure to check out her children’s line — I have to stop looking.  It gives me baby fever.

Little Miss Jackie

I found these images of a young Jacqueline Bouvier on the lovely Eduarda’s blog and couldn’t resist sharing them with all of you.  Doesn’t she look like quite the pistol in her equestrian gear?  It makes me smile.
