One of the cutest San Francisco boutiques is having a fantastic sale, so naturally, I had to share the love. On April 30th, Conifer will open its doors to Gilt City members with a special in-store event. One ticket ($50) will include bubbly beverages and a $100 credit towards clothing, bags, shoes and jewelry. I have my eye on this silk dot pullover — does life get any sweeter? I was just thinking as I read Heather’s lovely post about the upcoming AERIN line (so exciting!) how much I admire Aerin Lauder (granddaughter of cosmetic icon Estée). She always appears so polished and effortlessly chic — the epitome of class and grace. I consider her a great role model for young women like myself interested in business, beauty, and fashion. Judging by her success in the industry and general high regard she’s clearly quite savvy at all three. Which creative business women do you admire?

I just stumbled across these darling photos of my dear friend (and Matchbook illustrator!) Katie Evans. Seriously though, how cute is she?! I adore her quirky bracelets and gold heels — such style. I still remember how starstruck Jane, Fallon and I were the first time we met her (we’d long admired her work for Kate Spade). Katie’s so talented yet humble – a Matchbook girl through and through!
