Every time I swing by Camila’s darling Effortless Style I walk away feeling inspired. The design maven is a DIY queen with serious decorating flair. She’s also kindly offered any of my Neo-Trad readers a discount on her e-design services so if you’re looking to spruce your place up I suggest you head her way : )
P.S. Her blog header is the c-u-t-e-s-t thing I’ve seen in a long while, don’t you agree?

LOVE these two shots of Ann Mashburn’s living room in Atlanta. The pink sofas, sisal rug and lucite coffee table are right up my alley. I just read about her new store on Unabashedly Prep this morning and nearly died—too chic for words!

I’m head over heels for this darling green striped clock. Made from a Lenox plate it simply screams Kate Spade. For $30 it would make a sweet Chrismukkah gift, wouldn’t you agree?

I love when I learn about new San Francisco bay area treasures and Berkeley’s Gilman Village is certainly one of them. I’ve written about my obsession with Trove before (designer furnishings like John Robshaw at 40 – 70% off!) and now the shopping destination has opened a Pop-Up Shop (open until December 24th) with a revolving collection of goodies for the holidays. I have my eyes on the lovely horn utensils (chic, affordable hostess gifts!) and chic “tortoise” cuffs. There is also Ethnic Arts (goodies from places like Mexico, India and Peru), a stylish local art gallery called Show Place Art and T-Rex BBQ (bound to be Mr. Armour’s favorite). I can’t wait to head over after Thanksgiving to finish up my shopping. I think Alfred needs a lion piggy bank for Christmas ; )

Of all the years I’ve been obsessing over interiors, art and design (I may be “young,” but I assure you I started early!), this apartment belonging to Kate and Andy Spade has been by far the most inspiring to me. The Selby just released these images and I’ve fallen in love all over again with the home’s sophisticated yet quirky, colorful charm (it was previously published in Town & Country, The World of Interiors and in a small entertaining piece in Elle). How darling is little Bea and her bright yellow room? And don’t even get me started on their matchbook collection (causing our Matchbook Magazine team to squeal with delight!). Don’t forget to drool over all the photos here.
