Crushing on Ira

You may or may not know that I love and adore the National Public Radio program This American Life.  Mr. Armour and I always listen to hours of their podcasts on road trips and the host, Ira Glass, is a favorite.  This “Mrs. Ira Glass” tote bag made me laugh out loud and the greeting card is pretty clever too.  Any fellow NPR fans reading?

Nifty Needlepoint

These needlepoint glasses cases from Jonathan Adler never fail to make me laugh.  The heart pair is my favorite.  So Lolita.  So granny chic.

Classic Kindle Case

These darling Kindle cases by Kate Spade have me longing for an e-reader.  They’d look so cute peeking out of your purse on the subway and such, don’t you think?

Public Bikes

It’s Saturday and we’re headed out to dinner with friends, but I just had to share my newest crush: Public Bikes in San Francisco.  Their online shop has the cutest bicycles and accessories.  I still haven’t bought one for riding about our little island and I think I may have to make the splurge.  I’m in love.

Porcelain-Serving-Pot-Anthropologie-White

This trio of unconventional porcelain serving pieces from Anthropologie has me head over heels.  I just love that they’ve reinterpreted our stainless favorites by casting them in bright white ceramic.  I can already see myself dishing out hot tomato soup this fall from the big serving pot.  Simple, chic and traditional…with a twist!
