I recently read Enchantment, the Audrey Hepburn biography by Donald Spoto, and find myself more in awe of Ms. Hepburn than ever before. These old publicity shots for Breakfast at Tiffany’s taken by Howell Conant are only further evidence as to her nymph-like charm. The simple setting speaks volumes about the film, don’t you think? Open bubbly in an unpacked apartment—Holly Golightly in a nutshell!

J.Crew has a slew of new bridal gowns out, but one in particular caught my eye and it’s this refreshingly modest Duchess Satin Noelle Gown. It’s rare to find a gown these days with three-quarter sleeves and a high neck and I applaud them for mixing things up! The gown was modeled after a vintage 1940′s dress and I think it would look terribly chic at a winter wedding. What do you think, is this modest look timeless or outdated? Did/would you wear sleeves in your wedding?

Each time I see this spring/summer 2010 Ferragamo campaign starring Claudia Schiffer my knees go weak. Doesn’t the soft Mediterranean light and timeless glamour just scream Grace Kelly in Monaco? It’s no surprise the mastermind behind the shoot was fashion favorite Mario Testino. Stunning!
